The game also has an eye-catching pedigree. As Dusk Falls is the debut project of Interior/Night, a studio formed by former Quantic Dream employees, directed by former lead designer Caroline Marchal, whose previous works include Heavy Rain and Beyond Two Souls.

It’s true that Quantic Dream has something of a mixed reputation now, but the type of game it makes is rarer than it should be, so it’ll be interesting to see how this splinter group runs with its legacy. And curious players won’t have to wait for long.
As Dusk Falls’ Release Time
As Dusk Falls will have a simultaneous release worldwide, dropping on July 19th, 9 AM PDT. Interior/Night has released a helpful map for players not on the Pacific coast to help them find their region’s release time. The times shown are as follows:
Seattle: July 19th, 9 AM PDT Mexico City: July 19th, 11 AM CDT New York: July 19th, 12 PM EDT São Paulo: July 19th, 1 PM BRT London: July 19th, 5 PM BST Berlin: July 19th, 6 PM CEST Riyadh: July 19th, 7 PM AST New Dheli: July 19th, 9:30 PM IST Hong Kong: July 20th, 12 AM HKT Tokyo: July 20th, 1 AM JST Sydney: July 20th, 2 AM AEST Auckland: July 20th, 4 AM NZST
The game is currently a Microsoft exclusive, launching on PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X. As Dusk Falls is also launching on Xbox Game Pass. For non-members, they can pre-purchase and pre-load the game now.
The Xbox Game Pass support will probably be beneficial to the game’s longevity. As Dusk Falls includes an ambitious eight-player mode, it will be easier to fill those slots if trying the game isn’t a big investment. That being said, the game is still perfectly playable in single-player, so solo gamers shouldn’t worry about their experience.
As Dusk Falls releases on July 19th, for PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
